Shrimp
Ingredients:

1 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails on

1/3 c Big Sur Gourmet Spicy Southwest
-
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Pour Spicy Southwest (shake bottle vigorously before pouring)into a baggie and add shrimp. Zip it fully and massage shrimp in oil so it's completely covered. Marinate refrigerated for 1 hour.

Place shrimp on cookie sheet in a single layer in hot oven for 8 minutes. Remove, cool slightly and serves as an appetizer. Serves 4-5
As an entree, serves 2-3; remove tails before cooking.

Drizzle over eggs

Use in your marinade for beef

Directions:

Place chickens wings in a resealable plastic bag with enough Spicy Southwest to cover. Place in the refrigerator and marinate over night.

Cook on a hot grill until wings are browned and cooked through.

Spicy Southwest Chicken Wings

Spicy Southwest Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground turkey
-
1/4 c Big Sur Gourmet Spicy Southwest
-
1/2 c finely chopped onion
-
2 tbls fresh cilantro, chopped
-
1 tsp seasoned salt
-
1/4 tsp black pepper
-
4 slices mozzarella cheese
-
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Directions:

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil grate.

Place the ground turkey, onion, cilantro, Spicy Southwest, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a bowl; mix well. Form into 4 patties.

Cook the hamburgers on the preheated grill until the turkey is no longer pink in the center, about 4 minutes per side.

Place the mozzarella slices on the patties 2 minutes before they are ready.

Serve on the toasted buns.
